Finding Balance: A Daily Journal
Designed with a holistic approach to wellness, this four-week journal is meant to act as a daily wellness workbook for those looking to create a more grounded sense of balance within their lives. This journal offers an opportunity for you to dive deeper into eight major dimensions of wellness including the physical, nutritional, social, environmental, financial, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspect of your life.
Each day you can spend a moment of time completing an entry in each of the eight areas of wellness (across two pages), which will allow you the space to answer questions that you may not have previously considered each day. The questions provided in this journal are simple prompts that give you a moment to pause and reflect on your day. At the end of each week, there is also a bonus recap opportunity available, to give yourself more time for clarity and a moment of presence.
This four-week journal ends with a reflection in the form of a “monthly” recap. You will be prompted with a series of thought-provoking questions in order to help you identify how much balance you have between the different dimensions of wellness in your life.
This 8.5 X 11 inch journal offers more of a workbook feel with calming and colorful illustrations on each page. The questions in each section are the same day by day, week by week, for consistency. There is room to write under each prompt, with an extra notes section at the end of each weekly recap.
