In order to gain the most clarity and momentum on your goals, I offer 90 day coaching session contracts. Each coaching session is done by video call and will be up to 60 minutes long. Because some goals are more complex than others and everyone’s journey is different, you can choose between meeting with me once a month or twice a month. Signing up for twice a month sessions will result in a discount!
Individual one-on-one (1:1) coaching is a personalized approach to creating the lifestyle that you desire with an added layer of accountability. I will personally work with you to get clear on what it is you want for yourself, uncover limiting beliefs, create new awareness around your mindset, take a deep dive into your schedule to find opportunities for change and help design the lifestyle shift you are looking for. Together, we will cultivate positivity around your mindset and create lasting change through simple, routine, habits. My goal is to help you build confidence in yourself and your choices while you are shifting into a version of yourself who gets enough daily movement, has an awareness around what you’re eating, priorities your health and has the tools available to continue to grow.
