Welcome! My name is Cory, creator of The Rejected Phoenix and your Mindset & Habits Coach. I believe in order to truly feel at peace, you need to find balance in your life that is sustainable long-term. Wellness is a constant work in progress and each day you must strive for better. I embody both the masculine and feminine parts of myself, which allows me to feel comfortable offering my coaching services to both men and women.
I specialize in working with office workers. Individuals who have a career sitting at a desk for a majority of their day, including those who work from home remotely. I understand that life very well and I understand the effects of that sedentary lifestyle on your mind and body. I am here to help you bring more balance to your life while keeping that job. Balance that allows you to feel better, live healthier and have more confidence in yourself. With the rising costs of everything including health insurance, healthcare, and long-term care services, it is vital to live a lifestyle that minimizes those expenses.

Concept: The Rejected Phoenix
I created the concept ‘The Rejected Phoenix’ as a way to honor my Higher Self. I have always felt this urge in my soul to do better and be better, for myself. I have never let rock bottom moments hold me down. I tend to “learn things the hard way”… but oh do I learn. Like the phoenix, I always rise from the ashes as a better version of myself.
The Rejected Phoenix LLC. represents the opportunity to embrace Humble Beginnings, a Growth Mindset and a Balanced Lifestyle. I look forward to meeting you as you are, wherever you are in your life. Like a rising phoenix, there are times in life where you may need to start from the bottom and rise from the ashes. I believe through personal growth you will find freedom within your own life to do just that and emerge as a powerful, healthy, happy and empowered version of yourself.
The blue and red flames of the phoenix logo represent balance. I believe you can have everything you desire in life. You can work hard AND play hard. You can embrace growth opportunities AND remain true to what you enjoy. As a society, we tend to gravitate towards extremes of ‘one way or another’ thinking. I prefer to embody a little bit of everything and I believe more people should allow that for themselves too.
My coaching encouragement is to focus more on lifestyle shifts rather than trying to only obtain ‘X’. We will absolutely work on getting you ‘X’, but we will also work on changing your thinking to “I want to BE someone who does ‘X'”. For example, how can we build new routines and add consistency to your goal, to make ‘X’ easier and more sustainable?
